Eskala Company primarily provides digital services and consulting. Where our engagements include physical fulfillment or order processing on behalf of clients, the following terms apply.

Processing Times

Orders managed on behalf of client stores are processed within the timelines defined in each service agreement, typically 1–3 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping Methods

Shipping providers, methods, and delivery windows are selected per client requirements and clearly displayed at checkout in the respective client store.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, duties, and taxes depend on the destination and are the responsibility of the end customer unless otherwise stated.
